And the final result is .... 3 pounds lost. I know that is good and all. But considering I lost 7 pounds the first week the first time I did this, it was a little discouraging. Plus, it would have been nice to go below a certain mark on the scale (of which I am not going to disclose). I just have to try harder. I got the walking down last week but I guess I cheated a little too much on the eating. Or maybe it was the lack of weight training. I don't know. All I know is that I have to change something this week.
